I needed to clean a carpet urgently today at a relative’s address and the Rug Doctor supermarket point could not enable the booking as it was not my bank address. I completely broke down (a lot going on in life atm) however SUPERSTAR OWEN at the Rug Doctor call centre truly went well above and beyond the call of duty to find another Rug Doctor location (actually closer to my home) which could facilitate the hire. I am forever grateful to Owen for his kindness, pragmatism and exceptional customer service today. ????

The piece arrived on time and I was able to install with no issues. Will use again when needed.

Eastwood morrisons cost £51 inc hand attachment and 4litre fluid,,did 3 bed house stairs landing 2 living rooms took me 7 hours must use hot water machine are very heavy to lift they clean professionally and results are plentiful did 3 piece suite also lost a point on score for the locker in store wouldnt lock after use had to get assistance of a morrisons guy a janitor to help their security guy showed no interest when i spoke to him so a point deducted ,,anyway look ladies these machines require man power it takes about an hour to suss out the useage in a more easy style but my homes spotless now thanks to rug doctor fits in any small car boot as handle folds down...ENJOY PS 24HR hire easily does the job

Very disappointed. It leaves dry and wet patches after running over the carpet many times. I read the instruction manual as well as watched YouTube instruction videos before operating the machine to make sure I get it right. Complete waste of money.

From the time of ordering and rug doctor received payment, which I was able to confirm in my banking, the dispatch of order was very slow.

Rented from Asda online which was very straightforward. Be advised it is very heavy and you might need someone to help you lift it into your car. Did a better job than I thought - you can't really see the final results until the carpet is dry. Managed to do four rooms so was quite good value for money.

Ordered last week for Thursday delivery. Bought extra fluid in anticipation and booked staff to do the job. Contacted me the day before to say they had cancelled the booking as they’re not insured to deliver to a work address. Now left with 5 litres of fluid and a redundant employee.

I have rented and used the rug doctor recently. Unfortunately the machine was very dirty, covered with white powder. Has not been checked or cleaned by staff when dropped of by the previous customer. Poor communication from customer service. The machine is extremely loud also. Difficult to clean a flat's carpet. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I used to hire rugdoctor machines in the dim and distant past, when they looked more like upright vacuums (similar to their "Deep Carpet Cleaner"). The box on wheels (The Mighty Pro) that I got from Tesco was a big disappointment. It is really noisy (sounds like a jackhammer when spraying) and has no suction power.
I have a RugDoctor portable spot cleaner and this beats the so called professional one that I hired, hands down. No satisfying stripe of clean carpet with the hired box on wheels, just same mucky carpet, now darker because it is sodden. I am so disappointed as I hired the cleaner as doing a whole carpet with the portable cleaner is back breaking.
I have spent all that money and now I am still having to use the portable spot cleaner to clean up after the mess the hire cleaner has caused.
